Job Title: Residential construction supervisor
Job Type: Permanent employment (Full-time)

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work settings: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Job Description:
- Prepare production and other reports
- Recommend measures to improve productivity
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise workers and projects
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities
- Oversee apprenticeship training
- Estimate costs and materials
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Requisition materials and supplies
