$36.00 – $40.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

About the Role

Pride Group Logistics is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dispatch Logistician to join our growing operations team in Mississauga. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations to ensure efficient movement of goods, timely dispatch of personnel, and smooth coordination between warehouse, production, and transportation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day operational logistics

• Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders

• Schedule assignments and coordinate vehicle operators, crews, and equipment

• Track, follow up, and complete work orders

• Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units

• Consult with production supervisors to schedule cost- and time-efficient production runs

• Read and interpret blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings

• Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper functioning

• Resolve operational issues and recommend improvements to productivity and quality

• Prepare and submit operational and performance reports

• Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory levels

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations coordination

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site logistics environment

• Clear communication skills in English

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends when required
