Job Description

We are looking for a full-time personal care aide who is reliable and responsible for monitoring my daughter’s insulin supply that is attached to her body.
The Personal Care Aide is also responsible for monitoring and preparing her healthy diet and for attending outside-of-home and school activities and appointments, such as doctor and dental appointments.
Administer medication as prescribed by the physician if necessary, as she is taking an antidepressant.
Keep records of her daily activities and health information specially my daughter’s medical condition.
Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home with other workers.
Terms of employment Permanent: Full-time 40 hours/week in 5-day work.

Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in related care.
Security and Safety: Reference required
Work Site Environment: Non-smoking, scent-free
