Pacific Towing and Recovery is currently seeking an experienced Welder Supervisor to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position for a motivated professional who can supervise welding operations, manage staff, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

• Position: Welder Supervisor

• Location: 1385 Shawson Drive, Mississauga, ON, L4W 1C4

• Workplace Type: On-site only

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

• Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

• Wage: $38.00 to $40.00 per hour (negotiable)

• Start Date: As soon as possible

• Vacancies: 1

Work Schedule

Flexible shifts may include:

• Morning, Day, Evening, Night

• Early Morning

• Weekends

• On-call

• Shift-based work

Requirements

• Language: English

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of welding staff.
• Ensure welding projects meet safety and quality standards.
• Schedule and assign tasks to welding team members.
• Inspect completed welds to verify accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain welding equipment and oversee repairs as needed.
• Train and mentor new and existing welding staff.
• Monitor inventory and order welding supplies when necessary.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute welding projects.
• Prepare reports on team performance and project progress.
