TG Forming & Framing is looking for One Carpenter for their growing business, who could join immediately.

Below are details:

Work location: Various locations in the Lower Mainland

Office: 235 W 4th St suite 105 North Vancouver, BCV7M 1H8
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible
Compensation: $37.00 per hour
Work hours: At least 40 hours/week
Terms: Permanent full-time-3 years

Language of work: English

Job duties and responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
• Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
• Survey building locations and levels
• Estimate costs and materials
• Build and repair wooden frames used to mould concrete products

Requirements

• Education: Completion of Secondary School
• Work Experience:3 to 5 years of Experience
