Job Duties:
- Direct and control daily operations.
- Monitor and assess day-to-day business performance.
- Manage staff, assign duties, plan and organize daily operations.
- Analyze market trends and customer demand to forecast sales and monitor competition.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold by Implementing price and credits policies.
- Prepare budgets and track revenues and expenses.
- Identify staffing needs and workforce requirements.
- Address customer concerns and complaints and supply shortages.
- Recruit, train, and supervise employees.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations.
- Oversee administrative operations and support staff.
