At this point. at LAKE SIDE COMPANY LTD.  is looking for a Drywall contractor to join our team.

Job type: Full-time, Permanent

 

Duties:

Prepare production and other reports

Supervise workers and projects

Co-ordinate and schedule activities

Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions

Train or arrange for training

Set up machines and equipment

Estimate costs and materials, prepare and submit budget estimates

Recommend personnel actions

Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

Plan and manage budgets

Read blueprint, schemas and drawings

Direct the purchase of building materials

Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors

Plan and prepare work schedules and milestones and monitor progress

Recruit, hire and supervise staff

Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements

Prepare reports

Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Develop and implement quality control programs

Oversee the analysis of data and information

 

Requirements

1 years to less than 2 years of experience is required

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Spoken and written English language

Willing to travel
