Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dog Grooming Salon Manager to oversee daily operations of our pet grooming salon, supervise grooming staff, maintain service quality standards, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the dog grooming salons across both business locations.  

• Supervise, coordinate, and support the work of professional dog groomers and grooming assistants.  

• Establish and implement operational policies, service standards, hygiene procedures, and safety protocols for grooming operations.  

• Schedule appointments and manage staff work schedules to ensure efficient service delivery across both locations.  

• Train, mentor, and evaluate grooming staff to maintain professional grooming standards and service quality.  

• Monitor service quality and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.  

• Manage inventory and purchasing of grooming products, supplies, and equipment.  

• Address customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain strong client relationships.  

• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and salon productivity.  

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, sanitation, and animal welfare standards.  

• Provide technical guidance to grooming staff and assist with grooming services only when required for training, quality control, or operational support.

Employment Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience as a dog groomer in a pet grooming salon or veterinary grooming environment.
• Professional dog grooming certification or formal grooming training from a recognized grooming academy or training institution.
• Strong knowledge of grooming techniques, breed-specific styling, and safe animal handling practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced grooming salon environment.
