On site

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Conduct badminton coaching sessions for players of all age groups and skill levels.
  • Plan and deliver structured training programs focusing on technique, footwork, fitness, and match strategy.
  • Provide individual feedback to improve player performance and skill development.
  • Lead group and private coaching sessions based on player needs and goals.
  • Design drills and practice routines to enhance agility, coordination, and game awareness.
  • Monitor player progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
  • Prepare players for friendly matches, league play, and tournaments organized by the club.
  • Ensure a safe training environment and enforce proper court rules and etiquette.
  • Motivate players and promote discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
  • Communicate with players and parents regarding progress, schedules, and expectations.
  • Assist with club events, camps, and promotional training programs when required.
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold the standards and values of the club.
