Job Title – Nanny

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (at least 37.5 hours per week)

Wages: $25/ Hour

Number of Positions: 01

Language Requirement: English

Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible

Minimum Education Required: Completion of secondary school is usually required.

Work Experience Required: At least 1 year of work experience is required in a similar role

Job Location: 6128 Marine Drive, Burnaby, British Columbia, V3N 2Y1, Canada

Responsibilities:

In the employer's private home, provide the kids careful attention and supervision.
Make sure children's everyday needs are satisfied by helping them with nourishing themselves, putting on clothes, and grooming.
For smaller children, prepare baby formula and change nappies as needed.
Children's meal planning, preparation, and serving, as well as possible cleaning tasks
Following parental advice, keep an eye on and oversee the kids' daily schedules, including mealtimes, downtime, and activities.
Make sure the children's home environment is kept hygienic, secure, and supportive of their health and welfare.
Encourage and teach good private grooming practices.
Encourage constructive social interaction and development while supporting the children's mental health.
Use the discipline techniques that both parents have designated to guide and correct behavior.
Encourage learning and growth with planned, developmentally appropriate activities like games, crafts, comprehension, and escorted excursions.
When necessary, accompany the kids to and from extracurricular activities, appointments, and school.
Bring children to and from classrooms and appointments.
Keep daily notes or journals about the kids' routines, activities, and any health-related information.
