Job Duties: 

• Review the budget regularly to help increase and maintain restaurant profits.
• Evaluate day-to-day operations.
• Monitor everydays sales to manage staffing costs effectively.
• Plan and organize daily activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Recruit staff and manage staff work schedules.
• Train new employess and supervise during the shift.
• Keep track of inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
• Ensure all health and safety rules are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Provide customer service.
