We are currently searching for four Interior Finish Carpenters to work in Ottawa location.

Duties:

• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
• Instruct apprentices
• Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments

Applicants must be able to demonstrate extensive carpentry trim experience.

You will be required to train apprentices and labours.

Terms of Employment:

Permanent Position/37.50 hours per week

Should be available to work a variable work schedule

Hours of Work:

From Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm

Ottawa in various sites

Requirements:

• 3  years of work experience in carpentry trim experience.

Salary:

From $ 36.00 per hour
