 Job Duties:

• Organize and maintain client information and data sheets in the records system.
• Ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate.
• Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products.
• Apply labels on the prescribed medication container and assist in the distribution of medication
•  Schedule appointments and provide clients with necessary information regarding their prescription.
• Check with a physician to ensure the accuracy of prescription information and help pharmacists.
•  Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments
•  Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality assurance
• Compound oral solutions, ointments and cream.
• Process claims such as health insurance or workers compensation
•  Keep the work area sanitized.
•  Process bill payments.
• Plan menus and diet for individuals or groups under direction of dietition or nutritionist.
