 Permanent Position: Cleaning Supervisor

Wage Rate: $30.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend

Anticipated start date: As soon as possible Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay, Health Care Plan

Job Duties:

• • Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping and cleaning staff for hotel operations.
  • Coordinate and assign duties to housekeeping attendants, janitors, and laundry staff.
  • Inspect guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained.
  • Ensure hotel housekeeping services are delivered efficiently and according to company standards.
  • Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning duties during busy periods or staff shortages.
  • Coordinate housekeeping activities with the front desk, maintenance, and other hotel departments.
  • Recommend or arrange maintenance, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment when required.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and housekeeping materials and prepare related operational reports.
  • Prepare staff work schedules and monitor attendance and productivity.
  • Handle guest requests and respond to housekeeping-related concerns or complaints in a professional manner.

Experience Requirement: 1 year to less than 2 years

Education Requirement : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Must be Fluent in English
