New Parmar Sweets & Restaurant Ltd  is hiring a Restaurant Manager

Salary: $36.60/Hourly

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 30 to 40 hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Minimum Education: high school

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in food service sector including supervisory experience.

 Job Duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

• Ensure food service and quality control.

• Assign work to sub-ordinate staff, prepare, and submit reports on regular basis.

• Provide regular and necessary training sessions for all food service employees in food production, sanitation and oversee their work.

• Establish everyday work schedule make correct amendments if necessary and co-ordinate any change in employee's schedule.

• Monitor food production and service to assure that planned menus are followed.

• Responsible for determining staffing levels, supervision of employees, administering personnel policies, employee contact management, and employee evaluations.

• Estimate and order supplies and ingredients and maintain records of sales, wastage, stock, and repair.
