Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

JOB DUTIES:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes such as appetizers, grill items, and pub-style entrees according to established recipes.

- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.

Plan menus and estimate food requirements to maintain adequate inventory and minimize waste.

- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies and ingredients as needed.

- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Train and assist kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and proper handling of ingredients.

- Oversee kitchen operations during shifts to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.

- Monitor food portioning, costs, and wastage to control expenses and maintain profitability.

- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items to prevent spoilage and contamination.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all sanitation and hygiene standards.
