Job Description

• Supervise and oversee the working of the kitchen and other staff and provide assistance.
• Determine needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders accordingly.
• Coordinate communication between front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house staff
• Prepare work schedules for the staff.
• Assess staff’s performance periodically and provide them feedback.
• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues.
• Recruit new staff and arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling training and ordering uniforms)
• Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Resolve customers’ complaints, receive guests’ feedback and accordingly recommend improvements to our menus and services.

Job Requirements:

• Education - No mandatory
• 1 to 7 months of experience in the similar field would be preferred.
