Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced carepenter to work in our factory, who can perofmr the following duties. to join our construction and manufacturing team.

Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to ensure accurate project execution
• Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and HVAC installations as needed
• Execute restoration projects involving structural repairs or aesthetic improvements
• Measure materials accurately for construction estimating purposes
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for project completion
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols

Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for various construction disciplines
• Experience with concrete forming, masonry, rebar installation, roofing, siding, and framing techniques
• Skilled in cabinet installation, flooring (including tile laying), drywall finishing, and woodworking
• Ability to operate hand tools (hammers, saws), power tools (drills, saws), CNC machines, and other specialized equipment
• Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing installation is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of construction estimating processes for material needs and project planning
• Maintenance Person experience across multiple trades is a plus
• Physical ability for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read technical drawings accurately
• Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship throughout all phases of construction projects
