• Title: Office Administrator 
• Wages: $24 per hour
• Location of employment: 10205 13 St, Dawson Creek, BC, V1G 3W3
• No of working hours: 32-35 hours per week
• Overtime: $44.55 per hour after 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
• Vacation Pay: 4 % of gross salary
• Term of employment: Permanent, Full time

  • Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Admininstration
  • or equivalent experience

 

Responsibilities

 

Tasks

• Coordinate, review, and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and

ensure compliance with organizational policies.

• Establish work priorities, delegate tasks to support staff, and monitor progress to ensure

deadlines are met.

• Plan and coordinate office services, including supplies, equipment, maintenance, workspace

allocation, and security.

• Oversee records management systems and ensure accurate documentation and proper filing

practices.

• Assist in preparing and monitoring operating budgets and administrative expenditures.

• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents by compiling and

analyzing data.

• Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to support efficient operations.

• Coordinate recruitment processes, including overseeing job postings, resume screening, and

interview scheduling.

• Support onboarding processes and ensure completion of required employment documentation.

• Liaise with government authorities regarding administrative and immigration-related matters.

• Train and guide clerical staff on administrative procedures and systems
