Responsibilities
Tasks
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Plan, organize, and monitor site operations in alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Oversee subcontractors and trades to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction work.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Manage procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address deficiencies.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Recruit, supervise, and evaluate on-site staff and labor workforce.
- Resolve on-site issues, delays, and conflicts to keep projects moving smoothly.
