We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our blueberry farm team.

Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Wage: $17.85 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Hand-harvest ripe blueberries carefully to maintain quality and prevent damage
• Pick berries and place them into containers or pails
• Sort and grade blueberries based on size, color, and quality
• Weigh, label, and package blueberries for storage or shipment
• Prune blueberry bushes to support healthy growth and improve yield
• Assist with irrigation by setting up and monitoring watering systems
• Remove damaged or spoiled fruit and keep work areas clean
• Load and unload harvest bins, trays, and crates
• Stack and organize filled containers at designated collection points
• Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and packing areas
• Follow all farm safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Job Requirements:

• No formal education  
• No experience required (training will be provided)
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle physically demanding work
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
