 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate staff including supervisors, servers, and kitchen employees in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff; monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching and discipline where required.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations in line with provincial standards.
  • Manage inventory, order food supplies, packaging, and equipment to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Control operational costs, including food, labour, and waste, to meet profitability targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing for peak hours, including drive-thru operations.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to improve revenue and efficiency.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of restaurant equipment, cleanliness of dining areas, and overall facility upkeep.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, daily deposits, and adherence to company financial policies.
  • Implement company policies, promotional programs, and brand standards consistent with Dairy Queen operations.
