Wells Line Vegetable Growers is looking for Fulltime, Permanent Farm Workers.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wages: $17.85 per hour for 40 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Harvest field vegetables by hand.
• Pick, cut, pull, or dig vegetables based on size, ripeness, and quality.
• Sort and pack vegetables for storage or transport.
• Wash and prepare harvested produce for sale.
• Prepare soil and fields for planting.
• Sow seeds and transplant seedlings.
• Lay mulch, row covers, and other protective materials.
• Set up and maintain irrigation systems.
• Weed, thin, prune, and care for growing crops.
• Monitor crops for damage, disease, or poor growth.
• Store vegetables properly to maintain freshness and quality.
• Clean, maintain, and repair farm tools and equipment.
• Load, unload, and move produce, supplies, and materials.
• Perform general farm labour in outdoor weather conditions.
• Follow farm safety, sanitation, and supervisor instructions.
