Position: Marketing Manager – NOC 10022

Location: North York

Wage: $58 - $65 per hour, 35 hours per week

Employment: Full-time permanent

Job Requirements:

• A university degree or college diploma in marketing, business administration, or in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm’s real estate legal services to target clients, including homebuyers, investors, and developers.
• Analyze market trends and client needs to identify business development opportunities and enhance the firm’s market presence.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, online advertising, and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain referral networks with real estate professionals such as agents, mortgage brokers, and developers.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, client outreach activities, and informational seminars related to real estate transactions.
• Monitor marketing performance, manage the marketing budget, and provide strategic recommendations to improve results.
