Job Description

Job duties:

* Direct, control, and evaluate daily residential or commercial waste cleaning operations

* Ensure implementation of company policies, performance management, and occupational health and safety procedures

* Plan and control operational budgets, manage supply inventory, and oversee maintenance of cleaning equipment

*  Develop, implement, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to acquire new residential or commercial clients

* Respond promptly to client inquiries or complaints, resolving issues to ensure high-quality service delivery

* Hire, train, and supervise staff members

Educational requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work experience required: 2-3 years 

Work Location: Lower mainland, BC
