Salary: $36.25 hourly/ 30 hours per Week

Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Duties  & Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage budgets for meat products, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, and daily operational expenses.
• Adjust product preparation methods and pricing to maintain profitability and meet business budget goals.
• Monitor employee performance to ensure quality service and efficient daily operations.
• Recruit qualified staff to support business operations and customer service needs.
• Prepare and manage employee work schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage.
• Supervise staff during daily operations to maintain productivity and service standards.
• Train employees on meat handling, food safety, sanitation, and customer service procedures.
• Determine service procedures and implement operational policies for smooth business operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers for meat products, inventory, packaging, and other operational supplies.
• Coordinate with customers regarding bulk meat orders, catering requests, and special service arrangements.

Eligibility Requirements :

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months toless than 1 year
• 1 year to less than 2 years
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent English oral and written communication and customer service abilities
• In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
