Job Duties: 

• Coordinate operations across various departments and ensure all divisions work efficiently toward organizational goals.
• Appoint senior executives, department heads, and middle management staff while assigning responsibilities and authority as required.
• Develop and approve company policies, business strategies, and operational programs to support organizational objectives.
• Manage the allocation of financial, material, and personnel resources to ensure effective implementation of company initiatives.
• Act as the organization’s representative during business meetings, negotiations, and other official engagements, or assign delegates when necessary.
• Oversee the establishment and structuring of key departments and leadership positions while promoting a productive and positive work environment.
