 Term: full time to permanent

working address: 2237 Pembina Hwy, WPG

hourly wage: $31. group insurance, WCB

requirements:

-at least 3 years cooking experience including traditional Mandarin Szechuan cuisine experience;

-secondary school graduation certificate, safe food handling certificate;

-ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;

-ability to work with team or independently unsupervised;

-excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to details.

Job duties:

--set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment

--prepare and cook complete meals or specialty foods, such as sauces, vegetables and meat, seafood

--instruct helpers in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food

--check quality of ingredients, monitor stocks and place orders when there are shortages

--may plan menus, creat new recipes, and ensure food meets quality standards

--oversee kitchen area sanitation and safety
