Job Duties:

• Coordinate tasks and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assign responsibilities to staff members and monitor the quality and completion of their work.
• Organize work schedules and allocate resources to meet operational requirements.
• Provide training to employees on company procedures, workplace policies, and job-related duties.
• Address operational issues, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Monitor financial records and verify the accuracy of transactions and related documentation.
• Arrange and oversee equipment maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime.
• Ensure equipment functions properly and support uninterrupted daily operations.
• Prepare, compile, and submit operational and performance reports as required.
• Plan and coordinate events, programs, and activities in accordance with organizational objectives.
