Job Duties:
Cornwall Business Machines is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues on-site at client locations.
• Providing technical support and guidance to customers in a professional manner.
• Maintaining detailed records of services performed and parts used.
• Managing inventory of parts and tools and ensuring service vehicles are properly stocked.
• Ensuring timely and efficient service delivery in compliance with company standards.

Skills Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in a related technical field
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience in office equipment service or a similar field
• Must have experience repairing Konica Minolta and HP machines
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients
• Valid driver’s license required

Terms of Employment:

Permanent, full-time position

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Language of Work:

At least intermediate English

Wage:

$26.50 per hour

Annual raise as per company policies.

Benefits Package:

Five (5) paid vacation days for the first year, two (2) weeks of paid vacation per year after.
