Tow Truck Drivers Supervisor

Salary: $38.50 – $40.00 hourly
Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Schedule: Morning, Evening, Night, Early Morning, Weekend, Shift, On-call, and Overtime as required
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Overview

Pacific Towing and Recovery is seeking an experienced Tow Truck Drivers Supervisor to oversee daily towing operations, supervise tow truck drivers, coordinate service activities, and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery. The successful candidate will support operational planning, driver performance, equipment coordination, and compliance with company and safety standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

•          Supervise tow truck drivers to ensure timely and efficient vehicle recovery services.

•          Coordinate daily schedules and assignments for tow truck drivers.

•          Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

•          Train and mentor new and existing drivers to improve performance.

•          Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues.

•          Inspect vehicles and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and operation.

•          Prepare and submit daily reports on operations and incidents.

•          Manage staff schedules, including shift planning and time off.

•          Collaborate with management to improve processes and service quality.

•          Respond to emergencies and provide support during high-priority towing operations.

Employment Requirements

• Completion of secondary school education.
• Minimum 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in towing, transportation, or related supervisory roles.
• Previous experience working with tow trucks and towing operations is required.
• Strong knowledge of towing procedures, roadside assistance operations, and vehicle recovery practices.
• Ability to supervise, train, and support a team of drivers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call schedules.
