Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, control and evaluating the overall operation of the company
- Establish objectives of the company and formulating/approving policies and programs, authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Allocating material, human and financial resources to implement company policies and programs, establishing financial and administrative controls
- Formulating and approving promotional campaigns and overall personnel planning, employing staff, directors, and other executive staffs
- Representing the company in negotiations and other official functions

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time (30 hours of work per week)
Wage: $96.15 hourly
Benefit: 4% of vacation payment of remuneration

Qualifications/Skill Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: More than 5 years as a CEO
Language: Speak English, read English, write English
