Job Title: Store Manager-Retail (NOC 60020)

No. of positions: 1

Work Location: Toronto, ON M5V 0V2

On Site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Term of employment: Full-time, permanent position with minimum 40 hours per week

Compensation: $ 43.27 per hour

Start Date: As soon as possible

Main duties include but are not limited to:

• Direct and control daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supplyshortages
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Conduct performance reviews

Requirements:

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: Min 1 year to less than 2 years experience required
• Language: English

Supervision:

More than 20 people
