Drywall Installer Supervisor – 1 position

Education: Completion of secondary school

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience

Job Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily work of drywall installers and construction helpers on residential and commercial job sites.
• Assign duties to workers and ensure work is completed properly and on time.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and work orders to plan drywall layout, material requirements, and job site workflow.
• Inspect completed drywall work to ensure quality standards, measurements, safety rules, and project specifications are met.
• Requisition and arrange materials, tools, equipment, and supplies required for drywall projects.
• Train workers in job duties, safe work practices, proper equipment use, and company procedures.
• Resolve work-related issues on site and report project progress, delays, or material shortages to management.
• Coordinate work with general contractors, other trades, suppliers, and clients when required.
• Maintain daily records of labour, materials used, work completed, and site progress.
• Ensure all workers follow company policies and occupational health and safety regulations.
