Sense & Respond Software is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. If you’re passionate about building scalable cloud applications, solving complex technical challenges, and working in an Agile environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern software applications
• Gather and analyze user requirements
• Build and maintain cloud-native applications and microservices
• Develop secure, scalable APIs and backend services
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle
• Perform software testing, quality assurance, and security validation
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Maintain and enhance existing applications

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience with:
• AWS
• React.js
• TypeScript & JavaScript
• SQL & database technologies
• REST APIs
• Git
• Linux/Unix
• Microservices
• Agile/Scrum
• DevOps & Jenkins

Compensation:

Wages-$48.50/hour (37.5–40 hours/week)
