Responsibilities

Tasks

• Plan operating budgets and monitor revenues, expenses, and overall store performance.
• Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, train, and supervise store employees.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, supply shortages, and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the continuous availability of essential products and services.
• Oversee cash handling, payroll administration, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, workplace safety, and operational efficiency across all retail operations.
