Our company, Greenway Collision Centre is one of the premier collison and repair ventre of GTA, caterong to heavy trucks, cars and cosntrction equipment. We are looking for an experienced Operations officer - Administration who can perform following duties:

Handle incoming mails, emails and other information regarding clients and co-ordinate the flow of information
Coordinates activities of workers in the garage and deal with customers on the timlines and budget estimates.
Working on creating invoices for customers, sending regular reminders and updates to clients along with confirming all payment received.
Helps implement procedures and systems, to enter project details in the system and put all other information in our computerized systems.
Handle all pay cheques for drivers, calculate their mileage and payment and prepare their cheques.
Make sure truck mortgage & other renayl payments are paid in time.
Assign drivers and trucks, direct the pickup and delivery activities of drivers, receive customers’ requests for pickup and delivery of the
freight.
Negotiate prices with our clients for deliveries and offers them best deal for hauling their loads.
Work directly with customers to manage their issues and concerns regarding orders and resolving customer complaint.
Training new hires in safety procedures and company policies.
Prepare and submit progress and other reports as required.
Salary: $25.00/Hour
Full time, Permanent position
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Education: High School
