Job Title: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

Wage: $19.23/ Hour

Location: Orillia, ON

Language: English        

Education: Secondary (high) school or equivalent

Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of related management experience

We are the franchise of Mary Brown’s Chicken & Taters and are running the Fast-food outlet at Orillia, Ontario.

 

We are the franchise store of Mary Brown’s and are running the Fast-food outlet at Orillia since February 2021. Mary Brown’s is a fast-food restaurant capturing a truly modern taste of the fried chicken recipe famous since 1969. They bought the recipe and started a chicken revolution in Canada.

Our Store is located at 324 Memorial Avenue, Orillia, Ontario, L3V 5X9, Canada.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Schedule, supervise, and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to meet operational needs.
  • Establish and implement methods to efficiently meet work schedules and service targets.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staff responsibilities, including delegation, scheduling, performance evaluation, interviewing, training, and mentoring.
  • Train staff in proper sanitation, hygiene, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate, order, and maintain appropriate levels of ingredients and supplies.
  • Monitor and manage inventory to prevent shortages or excesses.
  • Ensure all restaurant equipment is safe, functional, and properly maintained; coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Maintain quality control standards for food preparation and service to meet company expectations.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 1 - 2 years related experience.
  • Secondary school or equivalent
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team too.
  • Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities.
  • I have good communication skills.
