Position:   Manager Retail Sales

Wage rate: $45 per hour, 35 to 40 hours per week.

Education: High School

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience.

Language: Good knowledge of English

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the used vehicle dealership to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Manage and supervise sales staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide coaching and training to improve customer service and sales results.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing policies to maximize vehicle sales and market competitiveness.
• Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to determine inventory requirements and sales opportunities.
• Oversee the selection, acquisition, pricing, and merchandising of pre-owned vehicles in coordination with management and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, provincial regulations, consumer protection requirements, and financing procedures.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement cost-control measures to improve profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate sales and support staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, financing transactions, and employee performance, and prepare operational reports for management.
