Wage: $39.90 per hour

Hours: 40 per week

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor Degree or Post secondary degree in hospitality management or related

• 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry an asset

• Supervisor / management experience an asset 

Language of Work: English 

Duties: 

• Managing resort staff - housekeeping, desk staff, cleaning staff

• Assist in hiring and retainment

• Oversee day to day operations 

• Assist in managing customer relations/complaints

• Oversee bookings, guest experience, policy development and implementation

• Maintain inventory 

• Manage work schedules 

• Manage external events
