AESTHETIC SERENITY SPA is a professional skincare and esthetics service provider operating multiple spa locations across the United States and Canada. We specialize in personalized facial treatments and advanced skincare services delivered by trained estheticians in a professionalspa environment. AESTHETIC SERENITY SPA philosophy is built around professional medical facial care that feels personal and authentic.

At this point we are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Systems Consultant to support the development, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the company’s technology systems. The Systems Consultant will analyze the company’s current technology environment, identify opportunities for improvement, implement system solutions, and provide ongoing technical support to ensure reliable and efficient business operations across multiple locations.

The main duties include:

• Provide technical guidance and support to employees regarding business systems, softwareapplications, user access, and technology-related issues.`

• Confer with company management to identify business, operational, and technologyrequirements.

• Analyze existing information systems, business processes, and operational workflows toidentify opportunities for improvement.

• Configure, and implement information systems business solutions to improve operationalefficiency, customer management, reporting, and multi-location business operations.

• Provide advice on information systems strategy, technology solutions, system improvements,and service delivery processes.

• Assess physical and technical security risks related to company data, software applications,and hardware infrastructure.

•Develop and implement policies, procedures, and security measures to minimize the impactof data security risks and system vulnerabilities.

• Conduct system reviews and assessments to evaluate quality assurance practices, softwarefunctionality, system performance, and information system effectiveness.

• Analyze system issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide recommendations toimprove reliability and performance.

• Prepare technical documentation, system procedures, and user training materials.

REQUIREMENTS: 2 year to less than 3 years of experience is required

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
