Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing the full cycle of marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization.
• Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns for logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, supply chain, or related service industries is required.

Specific Skills

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and recommend effective marketing strategies for the company's logistics services.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing and communication campaigns across digital, social media, email, and other marketing channels to promote the company's logistics solutions and strengthen brand awareness.
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, promotional materials, and digital content, ensuring consistency with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
• Maintain and update the company's website, social media platforms, and other communication channels with accurate and engaging marketing content.
• Plan, organize, and participate in trade shows, industry exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate business opportunities.
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using digital marketing tools, website analytics, SEO, and social media metrics, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze campaign results, customer feedback, and market intelligence to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate public relations and promotional initiatives, including preparing marketing communications and supporting media and community outreach activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, industry associations, and media representatives to support the company's marketing and business development objectives.
• Stay informed of developments in the logistics industry, market conditions, and digital marketing technologies to recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
