We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Consultant to support the company's continued growth and strengthen its presence in the beauty and wellness industry. 

The Marketing Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting the company's participation in trade shows and industry events. The successful candidate will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and recommend marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers and business partners. 

The Marketing Consultant will work closely with management to identify marketing opportunities, evaluate campaign performance, and develop strategies to promote the company’s products across digital platforms.

Employment type: Full-time, permanent 

Main tasks: 

-Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. 

-Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. 

-Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth. 

-Develop communication and promotional campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels. 

-Plan, coordinate, and support the company's participation in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events. 

-Prepare and coordinate the development of marketing materials, presentations, brochures, promotional content, and product information. 

-Coordinate social media, website, email marketing, and digital advertising initiatives. 

-Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement. 

-Collaborate with management to develop branding, customer engagement, and business development strategies. 

-Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, suppliers, event organizers, and marketing service providers. 

-Provide recommendations to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall marketing performance. 

Employment Requirements 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 

Minimum 1 yearsof experience in marketing, business development, communications, or a related role. 

Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. 

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and market research techniques. 

Excellent spoken and written English language 

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
