Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Positions available: 1

Job Duties: 

• Manage restaurant day to day plan, organize, direct & evaluate the overall operation of Papa Johns Pizza restaurant to ensure, Profitability & high customer satisfactions.

• Manage and maintain health and safety policies consistent with the Province of BC standards

• Manage financial performance by developing budgets, monitoring revenues & expenses controlling Food & labor cost and reviewing profit and loss reports.

• Oversee inventory management including forecasting demand, ordering Raw material and supplies & maintaining relationships with approved vendors. 

• Recruit hire train and evaluate management staff and team members make decisions regarding promotions discipline and termination in line with BC labor law and company policies. 

• Ensure compliance with Health food safety sanitation and employment standards legislation.

• Monitor product quality and consistency ensuring adherence to Papa John’s preparation methods, Portioning and presentation standards. 

• Handle and resolve escalated customer concerns and complaints to maintain brand loyalty and repeat business.

• Maintain financial payroll and administrative records and prepare operational reports for ownership and head office.

• Create new recipes as and when required especially during Festive seasons. 

Skills Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience

• Preference to applicants with post secondary education preferably in hospitality and food management - Diploma or degree

Term of Employment: Permanent/Ongoing

Language of Work: English 

Wage: $39 per hour
