About the Position

Sales Gamma is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, support digital marketing efforts, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen the company's brand and customer engagement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinating promotional events and trade shows.
• Monitoring and reporting on marketing campaign performance.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and target customer needs.
• Managing the company's social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborating with sales, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Creating marketing content including newsletters, presentations, and advertisements.
• Maintaining and updating the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Hours of Work:   35-40 hours per week

Qualifications

Education

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience

• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related role is preferred.

Language

• English.
