Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, caring and responsible Home Child Care Provider to provide care and supervision for our two young children in our private residence.

The caregiver will be responsible for ensuring the children's safety and well-being and assisting with their daily routines.

Job Duties

• Supervise and care for our two children in our residence.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
• Bathe, dress and feed the children as required.
• Change diapers and assist with personal hygiene appropriate to their ages.
• Organize age-appropriate games, activities and recreational activities.
• Oversee children's rest periods and daily routines.
• Take the children to nearby parks, walks and age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
• Keep records of children's daily activities when required.
• Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children, including tidying play areas, children's rooms and cleaning after meals.
• Wash and organize children's clothing and other personal items.
• Tend to the emotional well-being of the children and provide a caring and supportive environment.
• Follow the parents' instructions regarding the children's routines, meals, activities and care.

Employment Requirements

Education: Certificate or Diploma course of related field and /or 

Experience: Previous childcare experience 6 months 
Language: English

Asset Language : Punjabi 

Work Setting: Employer's private residence
