Position:   Auto Body Technician

Work start date: As soon as possible

Job location: 16144 84 Avenue Surrey, British Columbia V4N 0V9

Wage rate: $38.50 per hour 40 hours per week.

Education: High School

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience.

Language: Good knowledge of English

Job Duties:

• Inspect vehicle damage and determine required body repairs.
• Repair or replace damaged panels, doors, bumpers, fenders and structural components.
• Remove and install body components using welding, bolting and appropriate repair techniques.
• Repair dents and defects by hammering, filling, grinding and sanding surfaces.
• Prepare, mask and prime repaired surfaces for refinishing.
• Mix and match paint colours and refinish repaired vehicle surfaces.
• Repair or replace damaged interior components as required.
• Inspect completed repairs for quality and maintain a safe work area.

Working Conditions: Candidates should be punctual, reliable, self-motivated and able to work as a team.
