Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty dishes fromItalian and Turkish cuisines, including pizzas, kebabs, stews,dolmas, baklava, sauces, and salads.
- Develop and refine authentic recipes that reflect both culinarytraditions while ensuring consistentquality, taste, andpresentation.
- Create decorative food displays and special menu items forevents, catering orders, and seasonalpromotions.
- Instruct and train cooks, pizza makers, and kitchen assistants inthe preparation, garnishing, andpresentation of Italian and Turkish dishes.
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure food preparation meetsrestaurant standards, portion control,and sanitationrequirements.
- Plan and adjust menus to incorporate new seasonal ingredientsand customer preferences whilemaintaining traditional recipes.
- Monitor inventory and requisition food and kitchen supplies asrequired to maintain smoothkitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain aclean, organized, and efficientwork environment.
- Collaborate with management to introduce new menu conceptsthat enhance the restaurant’sreputation for authentic andinnovative cuisine.

- Manage and monitor kitchen inventory, ensuring adequatesupplies of ingredients and other food products required for dailyproduction.
