Job Requirements:

Office In-charge – Job Duties

• Oversee and coordinate daily office administrative procedures to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
• Manage office services including accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, maintenance, and security.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory

Print Operator – Job Duties

• Review job orders/work orders to determine printing specifications such as ink colour, quantity, production time, and material type.
• Operate and monitor printing presses or computerized high?speed colour copiers during production runs, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Fill ink fountains, mix inks, and adjust ink flow rates to maintain proper viscosity and coverage.
• Inspect printed samples throughout the run and make adjustments to correct defects.
• Clean machines, plates, and cylinders, and replace worn parts after completion of print jobs.
• Input programming data into computerized printing systems and manage digital files for print jobs.
• Maintain production logs and inventory of printing materials, and request supplies as needed.
• Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals, machinery, and printing equipment.
