Job Requirements:

Laser Machine Operator – Job Duties

• Read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and material specifications to determine cutting requirements.
• Set up CNC laser cutting machines by selecting appropriate programs, adjusting parameters, and loading metal sheets.
• Operate laser cutting equipment to cut, trim, and shape metal components according to precise tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning lenses, checking alignment, and replacing consumables.
• Troubleshoot cutting defects, machine errors, and material issues to maintain continuous production.
• Maintain production logs, record job details, and report any deviations or equipment issues.
• Follow all safety procedures when handling lasers, metal sheets, and industrial equipment.

Bending Machine Operator  – Job Duties

• Review blueprints, bending charts, and job specifications to determine bend angles, dimensions, and tooling requirements.
• Operate CNC or manual bending machines to form metal sheets and components to required shapes and tolerances.
• Perform test bends and verify measurements using callipers, gauges, and other precision tools.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Inspect finished parts for defects such as incorrect angles, warping, or surface damage.
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, lubricating, and performing routine checks on hydraulic and mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot bending issues and coordinate repairs or adjustments when needed.
• Record production data and maintain organized documentation for quality control.
• Follow workplace safety standards when operating heavy machinery and handling metal materials.
